Our team thoroughly analyses the original product and produces comprehensive CAD (Computer Assisted Design) data for the product by taking the product’s characteristics (modification, hard and soft transitions, as well as edges, corners, surfaces, etc.) into account. Our reverse engineering team then applies the desired changes to the CAD model based on the demands and requirements presented to us. After the design is prepared in the CAD model, the product is subjected to tests and quality checks before moving on to production. Using the latest production techniques, we take the design developed by reverse engineering methods and transform it into a new and high-quality product.
